L-Carnitine genellikle Spordan 15 dakika önce almanız fayda sağlayacaktır. Yağların yanmasını isterseniz iyi bir Antreman yapmanız özellikle Cardio faydalı olacaktır. Sıvı ve hap olarakta var. Ama Sıvı daha çok tercih ediliyor.

Murat bey doğru bilgiyi vermiş aslında... L-Carnitine aktiviteyle vücuttan atılması gerektiği için antrenmandan önce alınmalıdır. Genel olarak tablet şeklinde bulunur eczanelerde. Reçeteyle alınabilen bir ilaçtır. Cardio(koşu bandı, bisiklet v.b nabız yükseltici aktiviteler) yapılarak yağ yakımı sağlanabilir. Dozajıyla alakalı marka ve mg özellikleri nedeniyle prospektüsünü okuman daha faydalı olacaktır. Ama senin fiziki yapını düşündüğümde günde 1 tane yeterli bence.
