Contestants accept and agree to give all copyrights / right of use exclusively to The Brand Ellie Company, worldwide and perpetually, as if their artwork is purchased by The Brand Ellie Company. For all the artwork submitted, The Brand Ellie Company will own the copyrights and have the right to present, exhibit, use in posters or other printed or digital catalogs, print and/or digital albums, e-bulletin, websites, commercials, social or commercial media accounts, brochures, any promotional materials, other marketing supporting tools such as, daybooks, posters, flyers, as well as to publish in media, without further review, notice, approval, consideration, or compensation.
